Brad Rosely – Developer

Brad Rosely is a co-founder and principal of Third Coast Development Partners LLC. Brad has over 11 years experience in commercial real estate as a broker, developer and investor. While he has a wide experience base, Brad’s specialty has focused on office leasing, investment properties and development. Brad has significant experience in downtown development activities in Grand Rapids, Michigan but has worked on projects throughout North America.

Brad is a co-developer of Mid Towne Village LLC, a $50MM urban redevelopment project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Brad is also a co-developer in the Old North Boundary, an award winning redevelopment project. In addition, Brad is an active partner in a number of other real estate development projects.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Southern Mississippi University. Brad holds a real estate license in Michigan and is a staff member at S.J. Wisinski & Company, West Michigan’s premier commercial real estate firm. Brad and his wife Mary Anne reside with their two young children in Ada, Michigan.

Dave Levitt – Developer

Dave Levitt co-founded Third Coast Development Partners LLC in 2004 with Brad Rosely. A seasoned executive with over 18 years of business experience, Dave’s career includes P&L responsibility for two business units at Steelcase Inc. where he was responsible for over $100MM in annual sales and led over 250 employees. Prior to this experience, Dave held functional roles in Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Planning at both Steelcase and Amoco Oil Company. Dave also worked at Chrysler Corporation in an Industrial Engineering capacity and in a project management role for the logistics firm founded by his father. In addition, Dave has been involved in a number of other business ventures as a consultant, a partner, and board member.

Dave currently serves as a Principal in Third Coast Development Partners LLC, and as a co-developer of Mid Towne Village LLC, a $50MM urban redevelopment project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dave is a partner in a number of active and successful real estate development projects.

Dave earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He also holds a Certificate in Logistics Management from Michigan State University. Dave and his wife Stacey reside in East Grand Rapids, Michigan with their four children.

Max Benedict – Project Manager

Max Benedict joined Third Coast Development Partners as Project Manager in February of 2006. Max is highly involved in incentive acquisition and research, conducting site analyses, feasibility studies, and market research. He also has a broad range of experience in finance, coordinating construction financing, bank draws, and creating and maintaining dynamic budgets.

Max earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Michigan State University and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan with S.J. Wisinski & Company, West Michigan’s premier real estate firm. Max is a native of the area and currently resides in Cascade, Michigan.
