Third Coast Development Partners, LLC (3CDP) is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based real estate development company formed by Brad Rosely and Dave Levitt.  3CDP’s primary focuses are built to suit, suburban, and urban development projects.  In addition to significant business experience, Rosely and Levitt are experienced in property development and real estate related activities.  The pair have worked together for over three years on the development of Mid Towne Village, and other high profile projects in Grand Rapids.  In addition to their work together, Rosely and Levitt have been involved in numerous other development projects individually.

Through a cooperative effort with the architect, general contractor, financial partner and other team members, 3CDP provides a number of value added services to support a client’s development project.  These services include:
