New Hart & Cooley Grand Rapids Headquarters Under Construction

Purchase of Holland, Michigan Industrial Site

GRAND RAPIDS, MI-- July 27, 2006 - Third Coast Development Partners LLC announces the completion of a sale lease-back transaction with Hart & Cooley, Inc., relating to their Holland Township, Michigan plant. The 627,000 square foot facility, located at 500 East 8th St. in Holland, Michigan, will remain occupied by Hart and Cooley Inc. through 2007, after which the most desirable re-tenanting and re-development option will be pursued.
In addition, Third Coast is building a new  60,000 square foot Headquarters and Research & Development facility for Hart & Cooley in Grand Rapids, Michigan’s Cascade Township.

“We’re glad to assist Hart & Cooley’s effort to remain in Michigan and we look forward to completing their new Headquarters building,” said Brad Rosely, Principal with Third Coast. “Long term redevelopment plans for the Holland facility are under evaluation and will be released in the near future,” Rosely added.
